Arlette is a cosmetic tattoo artist living in Ponchatoula Louisiana. She is known for carefully listening to her clients, for discerning details in their personal tellings of how they perceive self, beauty, and emotive expression. The way we came to our sense of self in the world is absolutely individual, details that matter when tattooing above the collar. Arlette wants to know your personal story.
Pulling from a lifetime of travel, style and artistic expression across multiple visual mediums, Arlette brings confidence to every client in every mark she makes.
Master cosmetic tattoo artist Arlette has over 15 years’ experience as a cosmetic tattooist and microblade artist, with her local and international training meaning she is usually booked out months in advance. She began her career as a cosmetologist, and started her permanent makeup career in 2007, after completing training at the prestigious Permanent Makeup College in Mexico.
Since then, Arlette has worked with a wide variety of clients internationally, developing strong technical and design skills. Over the past 7 years, she has further refined her talent for microblading and brow shading by gaining additional certification in European techniques such as the rigorous Phibrows® program. Arlette is one of just a handful of Phibrows® registered artists.
Due to her current limited availability, a few weeks’ notice is strongly advised for bookings. Arlette is available for eyebrows, eyeliner, and also lips, and also holds specialized further qualifications in lip and eyeliner tattoo, as well as specialized design for male brows (Phibrows® Bold Brows). She is highly experienced with alopecia clients and loves nothing more than creating the perfect, hyper-realistic brow design.

Powder Brows
Powder brows (also known as Ombré Brows) is a another technique for adding density to your eyebrows. It is also done with semi-permanent make-up. The Ombré technique allows you to receive the fullness you desire with its powdery appearance. The powder full has been becoming more popular by the day for people with oily skin, are active, and/or have more mature skin
Combo Brows
Combination brows combine the hair strokes and the powdered brows by applying the powder brow technique to the brow’s tail to give you a bold, longer-lasting finish. At the same time, the hair strokes technique is applied to the front of the brow to give you an entirely natural look.
Color/Shape Correction
Correction is taken on a case by case scenario. Sometimes correction work takes up to 3 sessions of tattooing, or even some removal may be necessary. Correction may include but is not limited to shape correction and color correction.
All correction work must book a free consultation to be considered.

Remainder $200-$700
This service is for those who have received prior tattoo work done. You must first send clear photos of your current eyebrows to
(985) 320 6459 prior to booking in order to determine if the current work is workable. The previous work must be very faded/light. At least- 60%-75%+
If your previous tattoo is too saturated/pigmented for us to correct, we also offer tattoo removal as a service. But please, first send us a picture of a full face to better determine.
Services
Eyeliner
Permanent eyeliner isn’t going to wash off with the rest of your makeup at night, but it will gradually fade away within a year or two. If we’re getting nit-picky, we’d say that semi-permanent is probably a better description.
The tattoo eyeliner color is customized to your preference, and we will also work with you to determine what shape and look you’re going for.
Lash enhancement Tatoo
There is a very clear difference between getting eyeliner and getting lash line. A lash line enhancement is done where pigment is placed in between your lashes giving you a very natural look. Eyeliner is done above your lashes where you can have a beautiful wing or cat eye look.
Lip Blushing
We keep our lip blushing very natural so it will look subtle unless you choose to go with a bold red or pink. In that case, it will look something similar to lipstick. The main difference is that it will not be as shiny as lipstick and look as if your lip blushing color is your real lip color.
I finally have the eyebrows I've always dreamed of!! Having blonde thin eyebrows they were nonexistent! I am so happy with the color and shape. Arlette is amazing!!
Arlette is the best instructor out there!
I just finished my cover-up course and learned so much. She really takes her time explaining every little thing you’d need to know. Ex: sanitation, color theory, all the supplies needed and where to get them. She even includes a kit in the course filled with everything you’ll need when you start. If you’re ever looking for training in the permanent makeup field, her classes are worth every penny! I loved the training so much, I chose to do my apprenticeship program with her as well.
